Do you provide any teacher resources?

Yes, all productions are supported by comprehensive teacher's notes and additional analysis resources to accompany online programs. 

Do all of your actors have current Working With Children Checks?

Yes, all of the actors employed by Complete Works have valid Working With Children Checks. Please contact our office directly should you require copies of these prior to the performance. Alternatively, we are listed on the SAM4Schools website.

Have all of your actors been vaccinated?

Yes, in line with the live performance and education requirements. Actors will present their vaccination certificate upon request.

 
 

Live Shows

We don’t have a school theatre, can you still perform at our school?

Yes, all of Complete Works in-school tours are able to be performed in a variety of venues from school halls, gyms to large classrooms. Our minimum space requirements are 6m x 6m of flat, clear playing space with a backstage/private area for costume changes and access to power.

How long do you need to load in and out?

Complete Works in-school touring teams will arrive one hour prior to the performance time unless otherwise specified. Access to the performance venue is required on arrival to load in. Please allow 20 minutes for the team to load out after the show.

Our periods are shorter than 90 minutes, can we still book?

Yes, all of the Complete Works in-school tours can be booked as a performance only (no Q&A) if time restrictions apply. Please contact the office directly to discuss the school’s requirements. For online shows, you can split the performance over different lessons, within the access period.

We are a small cohort, are we able to join-in on or share an in-person performance with another school?

Yes, absolutely! We are happy for schools to join forces and resources in order to have Complete Works visit. Please contact the office directly to discuss this option further.

Online Shows

How long will my password last?

Each login will be active for a period of 14-days starting from the Monday of your selected week. Extensions can be made available during lockdowns and upon request.

How many times can I watch the show?

You can watch the show as many times as you like within the allotted access period.

Will this replace my incursion booking?

Many of our shows are available Live AND Online. Different fees apply to each show. For more information about the show you’re interested in, contact the office.

What if I have already paid a deposit or cancellation fee for my incursion, but now want the online version?

In most cases, fees can be carried across to an online show. Contact the office for more information.

If I book a live show, do I also get access to the online show as well?

You have three options when booking a show - Live Only, Online Only and Live and Online.
